Since 2017, Danny Mazza has served as one of a handful of attorneys the Court appoints as counsel and Statutory Representative (formerly known as Guardian ad Litem) for prospective wards (a “ward” is someone who is under a guardianship) in guardianship cases. In his role as Court Appointed Counsel, Danny Mazza advocates for the position of the proposed ward in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings before the Superior Court. In his capacity as Statutory Representative (formerly Guardian ad Litem), Danny acts to investigate solutions, protect, and advocate for the best interests of the incapacitated person. This appointment gives all Mazza Law clients added experience, proficiency, and familiarity with the probate court.
